“The Float Studio is the first and only place I have floated. There is no reason to try any where else. It is the only float facility that I know of that offers 90 minute floats, everywhere else seems to be 60 minutes. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and they offer water and tea and also have a few relaxation products available to purchase. The float rooms are kept neat and clean and provide everything you will need for your float journey. The rooms are nice and private and have a great relaxing ambiance. The new float cabins are spacious and easy to get in and out of, I won't go back to a pod now! Everything about the Float Studio is awesome and why I keep coming back!”

Getting my knee pain free was the simpler part, but it turns out I had issues and muscle imbalances in my hips which was causing added stress on my knees. There's no comparison between the physical therapists I worked with here and ones I've had in the past. They fully understood I intended to get back to the gym so they built a program for me to address the problems I was aggravating while working out. Each therapy session we'd first review what sort of workouts I did since the last session, what pain or difficulty I was having, and they would explain in detail which exercises would address each issue. I've been able to go for a run with zero knee pain for a while now, and I've started up heavy weightlifting again while incorporating the things they've shown me.
