They also walk around the room, gently and lovingly correcting your postures to make sure you get the full effect of each class. At most gyms where they have yoga, the teachers are doing yoga at the same time and not really paying attention to their students, but at Synergy they are dedicated to making sure the students are doing everything right, yet they are nice about it. NOT snobby at all. I just can't say enough about this place, I highly recommend it!”
