“We’ve taken our cars to Firestone for routine service (tires, brakes, etc.) and have always been pleased with the service but want to single them out for recent extraordinary service. This past Saturday NJ was hit with torrential rains that rapidly flooded roads. Our daughter was home for the Thanksgiving weekend and had to drive through several flooded roads to get home that night. One spot was particularly bad as the water came up to the doors on her car. Several other cars did not make it through the flooded roadway. After driving through several flooded roads she heard some unusual noises from the car. Sunday morning the noises were gone but she had a 3 ½ drive back to Virginia. We wanted to make sure the car was ok and called Firestone asking if they could check it out. We spoke with Mike (Service Manager) who was most understanding and said they’d look at her car. Mike and the crew at Firestone thoroughly checked out her vehicle and determined everything was ok. He was most sympathetic to our daughter having a long drive ahead and our seeking reassurance her car was roadworthy before she left. He generously did not charge us for their time examining her car. We were extremely pleased with the service performed by Firestone and the genuine concern for her safety exhibited by Mike and his team.”

I had just started making a quilt with a sewing machine (SINGER 500) unused for years -- and it wouldn't work. I found KSOF online and talked with Karen, the owner, who was tremendously helpful in every way. I was in a time crunch, and had already decided to buy a new machine. Karen offered great advice and insights re JUKI features. I bought the HZL-F600, which was in her shop just 2 days later. When I picked it up, she spent an hour showing me how to use it, and she got me started sewing again. The machine is exceptional -- amazing quality, beautiful construction, quiet, smooth, easy to use, and loaded with sewing design options. Now I'm piecing quilt blocks in no time! Plus, I know if I run into problems, Karen is there to help -- a huge benefit to buying from a local retailer. I highly recommend JUKI and KSOF!”
