“Honest and helpful. Two words that best describe this place and it’s people. Robert and Maryann went above and beyond helping me with renting a small skid steer. I reserved the equipment for 2 days, thinking I would need it the whole time. When things went more quickly than I anticipated, and I used the machine less than 8 hours, they gladly picked up the machine the next day and did not charge me for the second day. Unheard of customer service if you ask me. They were friendly, easy to ask questions to, and were easy to get a hold of. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. I will definitely be doing business with them again and I highly recommend others to skip the corporate stores like United and come straight to JB. You will not be disappointed.”

I came in trying to find a leaves candle before they ran out, I couldn’t find one so I asked Sam who asked the girls up front and they said “oh no we’re all out we already looked for some”. However Sam kept looking for me, I told her that the other night the other girl pulled one from over in one area and showed her, she went and looked under all the tables for me and she found a whole box of them. I was so excited I hugged her! It’s the little things in life and because she wasn’t lazy and actually took the time out to look, she made my day!”
