“Great experience! Will never use Party City again after working with Balloon & Co. I contacted Balloon & Co. to create a photo backdrop for my daughter’s first birthday. I explained that I wanted to stay within my budget and they were so accommodating. The person I spoke to on the phone was so friendly! She was detail-oriented and asked about theme, colors, and what exactly I imagined. On the morning of the party, the set-up person was great and worked with my venue to find a spot for the balloons. “I was in need of a jacket and had looked online and thought I might like one from Carhart, but wanted to see/feel/try it on. I have never enjoyed shopping as an activity, only a means to an end. I have driven past their store for years, so I knew they've stood the test of time, but their sign said they've been in operation since the 40s. They must be doing something right, and I figured I'd give them a try. The staff is very friendly without any pushiness. I love that they fit so much selection into the store, very efficient use of space and plenty of options to choose from... my kind of place. I happen to overhear a customer returning an item. Staff handled it with no hassle and it just reinforced that I was in the right place. Price was great, comparable if not better than online. So while I'll never love shopping as an activity, you can bet that the next time I'm in need of something I have to try on in person, I'm shopping at Bill's. Price, Selection and Service... can't beat it.”

Detailed Review: Brought a ten year old Toyota LC200 to Washington and he quoted me a fair price for what I wanted... thing is, he made my truck look like new. Totally floored. They removed a dent from the tailgate, cleaned up my headlights, paint-repaired the 1,586 chips in the front and applied a ceramic coating to enhance and preserve the aging and "experienced" clear-coat. “I have had many cars and have been to many service depts. I have never felt so good about leaving my car with a service dept like Jaguar 🐆. They are the nicest staff you could ever meet. I needed a sensor put in and instead of me having to pay for it they informed me it was under warranty and they even cleaned my car 🤣. “This is not some fly by night operation but when it comes to electrical work the last thing I want is the “cheapest” electrician I can find. I can’t tell you how happy we are that we decided to have Janco do the work. I worked with Jay and he is the most professional, personable electrician I ever met. He didn’t make me feel like he was in a hurry to leave. He stayed until he completed the job and made sure we are 100% safe and satisfied with his work. When he found the wiring problem in our hallway he showed me what was causing the “electrical smell” and corrected it. If only the person who installed it had Jay’s work ethics! He even cleaned up so you would never know that there was bits and pieces of electrical wiring nuts, copper wiring, etc on the floor when he was working. It’s rare to find someone that takes this much pride in his work these days. I really hope anyone reading this realizes how happy we are with this company!”
