After coming across a few offices over the years in which staff and doctors were inhospitable and seemingly disaffected to patient needs, I was extremely relieved and thankful to find BHMG Shrewsbury and Dr. Spetko. From the beginning to end, I felt comfortable and welcomed by the staff and Dr. Spetko, who were genuinely sociable despite the fact that they had to work on the day after Christmas. Moreover, the decor was new and comforting. Dr. Spetko could not have been nicer, and he was thorough without being abrasive. Most importantly, he was not reactive or quick to "diagnose" something that is not there. I have been to a lot of doctors over the years, and I can say confidently that he was one of the best. It was clear he knew his stuff and had been practicing for a very long time. I highly recommend him and anyone at this office.”

He explained to me all about the Vitti-Pure, so right than he gave me a shot of Vitti-Pure. It worked on me in about 10 minutes. I had no pain after that. Then I told by brother Richie about Dr.Fretta’s Vitti-pure.He was interested in it so he came on my next visit with Dr. Fretta. My brother is bone on bone in his left knee so bad that he has a hard time getting into his house walking up 16 steps. Dr. Fretta gave my brother Richie a shot and he felt the difference right away.”

“Sarah was a great waitress! Cheerful and attentive! The roasted sea bass was divine. The view of the Navesink river was beautiful. The main seating area is a little loud. The upstairs is much quieter, but hard to reserve. We arrived at 11am. The main dining room was empty except for a huge table with teenagers and we were seated right next to them. When I requested a different table the maitre'd seemed irritated and said every table was reserved. In an empty restaurant I don't understand the logic of seating a quiet party of 2 next to a huge load party of 10! She seemed resentful to seat us elsewhere. Very disappointed in her attitude. In the service industry being of service is an undervalued virtue. Instead of being positive, smiling and saying "let me see what we can do!", She had a horrible attitude. Thank God Sarah made up for it with charm and kindness!”

“I had a foot injury few years ago and was in crutches for several months. When I worked with Mario he was so diligent, specific to my personal physiological needs and attentive to detail. Additionally he noticed a poor movement pattern on my back that would have lead to scoliosis long term and trained me to balance the lack of symmetry in my back. Then recently I developed carpal tunnel and I returned to Mario. He taught me corrective exercises to ease the pain by utilizing the muscles correctly. I do not have numbness and tingling in my hands anymore. My foot feels fantastic. His profession in Athletic Training has been such a blessing in my life. Thank God I was able to work with him since it made my quality of life better. 10/10 recommend you go to this place.”
