“Well since you asked.... over a year ago I met with the owner and told him that my front plate bends every single time I get my car washed. He promised to order a plate guard so it wouldn't happen again. The minute I drive away I felt that I would never get this so called plate guard from him. Weeks turned inti months and after following up numerous times, I just gave up. Don't make promises you can't keep. Updated: After posting this review they called me an offer to give a free plate guard. Making a wrong a right !! Lifetime customer and they now get 5 stars !!! Thank you. Walking into the office is like walking into Thanksgiving lunch with your family, everyone is happy, smiling and it’s all so contagious. What’s not to love. Sitting for a cleaning is almost a chance to catch a nap, you are made just that comfortable. If you can hold your mouth open, they do all the work, painlessly and with great attention. Will always comes in for a final inspection and takes the time to share his thoughts on what issues he anticipates you will have and how he plans on tackling them. Knowing my bite was worsening, a year ago he recommended orthodontics; with that process completed, he just checked my bite, alignment and level. He’s happy and I couldn’t be happier with my bite.”
