“I’ve been attending Tony Silva’s Brazilian jiu jitsu for a few months. I learned about Kim’s women only jiu jitsu program and I joined because of that but the school has so much to offer. They allow you to cross train at 2 other schools to get more exposure to different training partners and instructors. Many of the students are competitive so the jiu jitsu techniques are effective either in competition or for real world self defense. The school is well kept and the mat is always clean. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. There are a few different instructors Tony, Kim and Professor Jay so you get a variety of different teaching styles as well. They also offer private lessons, Muay Thai classes and a fitness class for cardio and strength training. I looked at a few other schools in the area before joining this one and I’m so glad i joined here because it is by far the best one.”
