Our initial design was out of our budget, so she worked with us to create something just as good, in our price range. Every step of the way we felt like she had everything under control, and answered all our questions (mainly regarding delivery time). They were accommodating beyond belief, caring which it too far and few between these days, and did not try to sway my hand and charge me for things that would probably not make a difference. I found the office thru Google maps because I knew I needed to put my 12+ yr old cat down, and soon. They took me in immediately, entertained my 5yr old twin boys, and understood my on a human level. I will reccomend this office to EVERYONE and I've been a pet sitter for almost 20yrs in the area, so that's a lot to tell! Thank you ladies, you made a very difficult day bearable. Amazing!!!”
