“I just read N Rossano's review and I can't say I knew what this place was like 3 years ago, but they're here still and I couldn't be more grateful to have the opportunity to train here. Unfortunately it takes money to do a lot of things and to get the best of the best. However I'm always offered extra things without having to pay for it at Fit For Life. I started attending the UTC (nutritional) seminars that have really helped me with eating better and the seminars were free. If you come here and slack off, you'll get your but kicked metaphorically, but it's tough love. They aren't there just to be a successful business, they are there to take you to where you want to be. I love this place because they hold me accountable to me and they are adding years to my life. I'm mentally sharper and I'm happier. Also, the environment there is great. All of the customers are so nice to each other. Its like another family to me.”
