“Nice area with very basic amenities. Beach area has some non-swimmable areas with submerged rocks, but the swimming area is clearly marked. A bit of a hike from the parking lot to the swimming area at Area C, specifically, but that was only an issue because we had a member of the family on crutches. The water seemed a little clearer about 10 miles south in the resort/hotel area. Nice view of Manhattan off in the distance, though, and lots of open space for kids to play in the sand. Less expensive than the public beaches at North Long Branch.”

“What are looking for a dry Riesling. I'm accustomed to them telling me there's no such thing as a dry Riesling. So I didn't even ask at first. When I got to the Riesling section my preferred brand for a dry Riesling Chateau st. Michelle and they did not have a dry Riesling stop. They had other Chateau Ste Michelle Riesling this. As I was leaving an employee ask me if they could help me and I mentioned that I was looking for a dry Riesling and they didn't have one. He quickly ask me to follow him and low and behold he pulled out a dry Riesling immediately. I'm looking forward to trying it.”
