The place I usually get my honey has been closing early. I finally made it there and they were closed. I really needed honey asap for my fire cider. Ty GOOGLE!What a perfect diamond in the rough you found me! Amazing place! There is a small sign at street you may pass. It looks like a driveway but it really is a street. Take that small street past a few houses on right and u will see brown house. We got there about 7pm and was dark. But I remember brown siding and parking infront of garage. They also have white Christmas lights on trees for walkway 😉 When we went they were working on sewer. After that is cleared it can be handicap accessible again I'm sure. No stairs. The driveway is gravel so plz take note of that also if wheelchair bound.
Love the entrance. Mouth drop beautiful going in and then getting into small store. Great quality beeswax candles, honey, propolis extract, honey spoons, fresh eggs if the hens are laying. Nice bar soaps everything hand made. Even have small honey jars to buy and bring home to test taste b4 buying the larger jars. Cute little gift sets and chapsticks. Make sure to bring cash. They do except checks..but cash is really better. Definitely my new honey place!
I have never tasted honey if this quality and taste. I strongly recommend stopping by regularly.
I drive almost half an hour just to buy their delicious honey, my favorite being the Black Locust Blossom. They keep a small shack in the back of the farm stocked with products like soaps, real honeycomb, candles, etc. It's a testament to the upstanding, righteous owners that they rely on an honor system of payment for their goods. Once you taste this honey you would never buy supermarket honey again, it's that fantastic. Kudos to this hard working family for putting out such superior products, I can't wait to try the other offerings on their shelves.
I have been buying honey here for over a year now. It's the most awesome place for honey products. This winter I have bought the beeswax bar for the first time because my hands get very cracked in the cold. I love it! Because it is as good as shea butter and argan oil, but it is not so greasy that I can wear it during the day and touch things.
The edible honeys are so delicious, nutritious and bring so many good health benefits. I use them to sweeten my smoothies, my sandwiches, my cereal, hot tea, anything really, and I also eat the raw honey and the honey combs with pollen. I haven't gotten the common cold or flu in more than two years and I believe it is the honey giving a booster to my immune system.
Great place and congratulations to the owners
