During my stretch session with Mara Kimowitz – which felt so good!- she pointed out a tight area in my right hip that I was unaware of.
She showed me an exercise that I should do to strengthen the area, that would increase my flexibility as well.

I recently experienced pain in my lower back and right hip. An injury like this usually takes 5 to 6 weeks to heal, but because of the advice Mara gave me, I am already feeling better after one week. I had remembered that Mara pointed out this problem area to me and I was prepared with a plan.Thank you StretchSource!

I have tried so many different ways to make my muscles and joints feel better from joining gyms, exercise classes, physical therapy and all types of massages.

I wanted to try stretch source for a couple of years and finally stopped in to see what it was all about. Bottom line you have to stretch your body no matter what!

Ellen has helped me is so many wonderful ways especially with her patience and kindness. She has helped me transform my body, has given me confidence, and I’m feeling so much better.

I have been stretching with Stretch Source for more than 2 years. I have more flexibility than I had over 10 years ago. I am 70 (plus a little.) I have had 2 hip replacements in the last 2 years. My stretch sessions enabled me to heal and regain mobility at a much faster rate than the average recuperating person. My stretch coach was very knowledgeable about my limits and capabilities and helped me to progress at an amazing rate. Not only has all of my joint pain disappeared, but my balance has definitely improved. I consistently recommend Stretch Source to my friends, even if they are young and exercising regularly. You will feel like a new person!
