  We just moved to Butler and were suddenly in need of a vet. Butler Vet was able to accommodate a last-minute Saturday appointment and we could not have been more pleased with every aspect of the business. It was very clean, bright, and welcoming (opposite of our experience at our previous vet), and every member of the staff was professional and friendly. They were not pushy with any of the services needed (again, as our previous vet) and were entirely focused on the health of our dog. They provided thorough write ups of each visit so we were able to digest all of the information from the vet. Sadly and unexpectedly, we had to put our dog down. They handled the entire process beautifully, making a difficult situation as easy as it could possibly be (again, unlike our previous vet), and today, we received a hand-written condolence card in the mail. Every member of their staff wrote a little note about our dog, even though he was new to their office. It made us cry! It was so thoughtful. When it comes time for our next puppy, we will 100% be returning to Butler Vet. Thank you for being such a wonderful business ❤️ 🐾

  Dr. Garro and her tech, Karen, are always a pleasure to work with when my dog visits! They are always attentive and happy to provide information. It’s very apparent they love your pet just as much as you do. Our visits always go smoothly with emphasis on minimizing stress on my dog.

  Dr. Garro is phenomenal. I have recommended her to anyone that I know looking for a vet. My dog, Sadie, has been struggling with her health and Dr Garro does everything she can to give her the best treatment. I couldn’t be more thankful to have found a more compassionate doctor for Sadie . Everything including treatment course and pricing is explained to you ahead of time so you know what to expect, can ask questions, and have no surprises. The staff is friendly too, so walking in is a welcoming environment. I truly have nothing but good things to say.

  I would recommend this vet hospital to everyone and anyone! The amount of care and compassion they show toward the animals and owners is outstanding. Unfortunately, my dog passed away very unexpectedly. We took him on a Monday with a cough and found out he had an aggressive form of cancer and the staff/doctor called every other day throughout the week to check up on how he was doing and to help us with any concerns or questions. Which I thought was absolutely amazing. That Saturday he passed at home and that following Monday they helped us through the next steps. Today we received a symptom card signed by several staff members. I know this story isn’t very uplifting but I hope this helps someone decide to bring their pet here and know they will be in very good and caring hands!!! Thank you for being wonderful!!

  I could not recommend Dr. Garro enough. She and her staff are kind, respectful, understanding, and CARING. They truly care for the pets that come in and their prices are affordable.
