Throughout the entire sales transaction Bob was communicative, responsive, thorough, worked in a very timely manner and always made himself available to us. He did such an incredible job that we decided to also engage his services for the purchase of our new home in another county.

Bob Massessa and staff just completed a real estate closing for me. The house is located in Butler, and I am out of state, 600 miles away. Bob and staff were excellent in keeping me apprised of every step and I became very comfortable and confident in their work. He stays on top of everything and copied me on all documentation throughout the process. I never had any difficulty reaching him by phone and I was able to scan/email a lot of documentation when appropriate and necessary. I highly recommend Bob and staff, they were great to work with.
