Worked with Michele for our Home Equity Line and the entire process was so easy and Michele is the absolute nicest person and so very helpful! We had some issues from our prior title company messing some things up and Michele worked with them and us to get everything solved in a quick and efficient way! I would give more than five stars if possible! Also since signing the documents I have visited the banking branch near my work and all of the staff are so friendly. Michele has continued the superb customer services even now as I have had many follow up questions that she has helped me with. I felt like a priority customer from start to finish. I would highly recommend!!

Hate dealing with banking problems from San Tan Valley, AZ but Christie and Michele from Streetsboro branch of Premier Bank who extremely professional and helpful. They both helped me navigate the online banking system while assuring that I was not the victim of identity theft. Denise is the best. Overall good human being and an amazing lash tech. Always willing to work with my schedule and consistently full, great quality lashes. & a kind, funny friend to chat with! Been going to her for three consecutive years (despite the small break when Covid closed down everything) and I won’t go anywhere else. I went to get a full set of lashes . The place was extremely clean. Denise makes you feel very comfortable and super friendly. I couldn’t believe the results when I looked in the mirror . The lashes lasted me longer than I expected before I needed a fill. If you need lashes look no further Denise is your girl ! You will not be disappointment. Quality lashes !

Lash exstentions are the way to go , I’m truly obsessed with them ! Iv been going to Denise for about a year and a half now and I can say nothing but good things . Her salon is very welcoming and she’s very good with making sure you’re happy before you leave . Would highly recommend !

I would recommend this bank without a doubt to anyone looking for any banking needs. I was with my previous bank for over 20 years and when Covid hit I needed some banking help and Michele Delgross at Premier came through in a HUGE way. Quite frankly my other bank did not seem to worry about helping at all. After transferring all my accounts to Premier she has continued to go above and beyond to meet all of my expectations and needs. When I have visited the Streetsboro branch all of her associates seem very pleasant and I am very impressed overall. I look forward to a long relationship with this bank and could not give a more solid recommendation.

I have been with Home Savings Bank for almost 10 years! I love their customer service and the tellers and the Manager Michele. They take their time to learn your name and something about you! It is wonderful knowing I have a personal relationship with my bank and they care about me. When I stop in by the drive through or go in personally, they are always warm and friendly and greet me by name. Over the years, I have had numerous accounts with them from a business checking, personal check and savings, HSA, etc, and Michele has walked me through each of those transactions with professionalism and a caring hand to make sure I was at ease.
