Never going to another dealer ship. Bought a brand new ford f150, Brenden was extremely knowledgeable patient and made the process as easy as could be. Extremely good guys over there at route 23. Earlier this month I unexpectedly found myself in need of a vehicle. Solomon and Carlos provided outstanding service, taking the time to understand exactly which car would fit my needs. When I tell you I’m never shopping at another dealership I mean it. Let me start off by telling you this is the second car I purchased from them. Rt 23 Auto Mall is probably the best dealership on the east coast. The manager Solomon is a no games straight to the point manager and I appreciate that about him. I went in at 3pm to buy an Explorer and was out of there a little over an hour including the test drive time. Probably the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership! Will was a very knowledgeable and professional salesman. Solomon really picks the best people for his team and trains them well. They’re really a no pressure dealership. Solomon takes the time to go over everything with the pricing and makes sure your walking out there happy. Great service guys!!!
