Update: today I bought more laminate. During the visit to the store I was greeted by Daniel. This gentleman knows his floors. He game me very useful advices. Now I like their Tinley park location even more!

Just had my floor installed yesterday and it’s beautiful! I found the perfect match to my woodwork and trim - their visualizing tool on the website was extremely helpful. The service at the store in Tinley was great. Dan gave me accurate estimates of when the floor would be measured, delivered and installed, the delivery man carried the heavy flooring into the house, the installer arrived the minute he said he would and did a fantastic job. It was a really good experience. Very pleased.

Been here several times to shop for new flooring and various accessories. They have a nice selection and the customer service has been great in-person and over the phone. Pick ups are easy where you drive around back, they load you up, you sign and go.

I was impressed with this location, Tinley Park. The sales representatives were friendly, professional and showed great customer service. When we Decided to make a purchase back in October 2020. Our Sales Rep was Alex, he was an AWESOME and RESPECTFUL young man, who appears to, putting his customers first. He was very detailed, patient, honest and showed great concerns when we were facing some personal challenges with the process. I appreciate Alex for his DEDICATION.
