(November 1, 2017, 2:47 pm)Diana is a knowledgeable and creative yoga teacher. She instructs regular classes and you can also arrange for private individualuzed sessions. In addition to yoga postures, she teaches breath practice, mantras and meditation. Diana adjusts her lesson to address injuries or to make a lesson more challenging. I have taken many different yoga classes and have never met a teacher more expert or dedicated. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Passionate about yoga and Ayurvedic medicine, she approaches her teaching with a wonderful sense of humor, so yoga with Diana is always fun. She gracefully models the correct postures and is especially good at describing exactly what we need to do to get into them. My husband and I always leave our yoga sessions more relaxed and rejuvenated. We would give her a 10-star rating if that were possible. Judith and Ken Springer
