  My sons have been training with Tim for a couple of years now. They love going and have fun while working out. It’s never a chore to get them to go. Since it’s not the same routine over and over, they look forward to it!

  I began training at the Annex on the recommendation of my surgeon after my third knee surgery which resulted in severe atrophy of my right leg. After playing basketball and lacrosse in college and undergoing related surgeries, I believed my strength would never be what it was once as I entered the professional portion of my life at age 30. When I started training with Mickey, my knee was in such bad shape I couldn’t walk down the stairs without assistance, and this was nearly 7 months after my surgery and endless physical therapy. Within one month (perhaps even shorter) I already felt my body changing, and I was walking down stairs. I have been an Annex addict ever since. The Annex is not just for young athletes recovering from an injury or training to go pro, it’s for adults seeking to gain strength, mobility, and just a generally fitter physique in a short amount of time. After getting engaged, I insisted on dragging my fiancée Drew, a former college baseball player, to the Annex for some pre-wedding fitness. Drew enjoyed training with Mickey so much he increased his training from 2 to 3 times per week (if you know him, you’d understand that this is unheard of) and is seeing outrageous results. We both admit we are in much better shape now than we were as college athletes (oops). I have now been training with Mickey and his team for almost two years. When people ask me if I would recommend the Annex for post-op training, I don’t just recommend it, I insist on it.
