“What an awesome company. I went to another fitness store to purchase dumbbells and was told it would be a 6 week wait. I walked right into here and got a full set of rubber dumbbells immediately even some in 2.5 increments which are always hard to find. I accidentally grabbed an extra when loading my car so when I brought it back they gave me a pair of 7.5s for my transit trouble for my own mistake! I couldn’t have had a better experience buying from them today.”

The doctor and the nurse spoke directly to my son and explained everything that they needed to do and made sure that he was comfortable before they did any procedures on him which I greatly appreciated. “This is the best place to learn karate. The instructors are so dedicated here and it's so amazing to watch how they work with each kid and at their pace. Here you don't get a belt here evry 6 month, you have to earn it. My son loves going to this institute though he has to work very very hard. I attended a Shiai last Sunday where all the other affiliate schools were participating but the students of this dojo clearly stood out in terms of their performances. You could easily see how high ranking belts holders were not able to do some basic stuff correctly.”
