Dr. Frankel and her entire staff treated me with the utmost professionalism, care and compassion through a difficult medical situation.
I have gone to every specialist I could think of for some bizarre symptoms. They all referred me to a psychiatrist. Dr. Frankel was actually able to find an underlying cause for these symptoms with an identification of Bartonella. I'm so grateful for the time she spent explaining the bloodwork titers to me too. Wonderful doctor!
Very smart, caring and competent doctor. I would recommend her. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars is sometimes, but not always, I feel a bit rushed. Her staff is top notch.
