  I have been here multiple times with very good experiences. Went there this week for a quick MRI of my knee. The front desk was excellent. The technician performing the task was somewhat unfriendly. He did not communicate well with me and did not explain anything. In particular, I am a larger guy and don't fit on that skinny sliding table very well. He kept moving the table without warning and my body would move, but my arms would kind of stick in place. In addition, he slid earphones on me with blaring commercials and music and never asked if I wanted to listen. The volume and quality of the sound was worse than the loud machine. I am leaving feed back in hopes that they will use it to improve the customer experience.

  Excellent experience.
  Excellent experience - scheduled same day that we called. Also, we arrived over an hour early and they took us in right away anyway. They have a TV and remote in waiting room for mom along with water and a candy bowl. Also, bathroom in each waiting room. Overall, this place is fantastic. I actually had an appointment scheduled at another place but the earliest appointment I could get was July 3rd. My son's doctor told us about RAD & scheduled it same day.

  I had a great experience at Radiology Associates of Hackettstown! Everyone was very nice and they made sure you felt comfortable. They were right on time with my appointment and the facility is very clean. You never really say wow, that was fun, especially going for a CT scan, but you can about this place. Thank You!

  I went to Radiology Associates for a mammo and ultra sound for the 1st time last week. what a great experience and I have never said that about a mammogram and I have been getting them for 10+ years!! The team was so pleasant, the procedures where so quick and smooth and they went above and beyond to review my results with me and explain things that previous doctors never took the time to explain. highly recommend them

  I love the facility. Every one of my many experiences has been above and beyond in excellency. This ranges from the receptionists, technicians, to the Radiologist etc. I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff is super personable, friendly and professional! Thank you!
