  So there are some negative reviews getting when it first opened but I don't think it was too terrible. You could tell some servers were just nervous or new at the job, but it was okay. Since then I still come in all the time. I personally love their iced coffees and the stuffed French toast. Highly recommend the brunch burger as well. These are my usual orders. There's a certain waitress who I think needs to be acknowledged for going above and beyond. Her name is Manuela and she's so attentive. Always on point with my refills since I tend to chug my whole coffee by the time I'm ready to order food. She also remembers my usual. Like I said in my yelp review she needs some pay raise or promotion because she is 100% what I expect from a restaurant and a big reason why I keep coming back!

  I have always been a fan of IHOP and was happy when I found out they opened this one close to work within the last year. It was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food came out quickly which was great since I don't get a long time for lunch. The prices are reasonable and the portions of food were generous, at least for the items we ordered.

  Great friendly service. The one thing I really like about IHOP is consistency. It doesn't really matter where you go, you can expect your favorites to be the same everywhere. I enjoy their food and certainly would recommend it! Their prices are reasonable and the portions generous.

  I haven’t been to an IHOP in years . I met some friends for lunch during a weekday (8/16/18) and boy was I impressed! The service was incredible !! I was impressed from the moment I walked in until when I left. The host greeted me with a friendly smile. Our waiter Hue, took really good care of us. I especially enjoyed the fact that everyone worked as a team. We had different people assisting and all were so pleasant, from the people who delivered our food to anyone who passed us and picked up our dirty dishes. The person (male in a blue shirt ) whom I believe was the manager had come over and asked if we needed anything. He even went and refilled our coffee caraf and poured another cup. That is A+ customer service. What an incredible team! I don’t usually write reviews but after leaving this Cedar Knolls IHOP I needed to share my wonderful experience. I hope that my experience to another IHOP is just as amazing as the one I had at this one.
