With their very through work, I doubt you will have complaints but if there is a problem, simply bring it to owner's attention and he/she will be more than happy to help you.
Altered my prom dress! When we brought up our specific concerns and what we wanted to be fixed (which was really tricky- I didn’t think they would be able to do it and was going to try and do it myself as a backup), they took it anyways and did a fantastic job altering it. All for a great price as well, and so so fast! Once the guy running the shop had to go on vacation and my dress was tailored the day after he came back. My family doesn’t go anywhere else.
The couple who runs this store is very nice and friendly. I’m glad they survived COVID related business slowdown.
They are slightly more expensive than the $2 cleaners that pop up occasionally but their work and service is great. The tailoring service is also well done; I’ve used it several times
Great, fast service! I’ve had a few dresses altered here and they always look fantastic. The most recent was a bridesmaid dress that not only needed a hem but to be taken out in the bust. He used the material from the hem and mimicked the paneling detail on top so you couldn’t even tell it was altered! Service is also very fast with pick up ready in a few days.
