(August 23, 2018, 12:46 pm)We completed our house sale mid October of last year in Brookside. Our experience with Lauren and her staff was outstanding. They are very professional and honest. They even cleaned out our storage unit in Parsippany, assembled the pieces and brought it all to our house for the sale. Anything we didn’t want to keep, they sold or donated. I can’t tell you what peace of mind is worth, but they certainly removed a lot of stress from us. The sale was extremely well organized with plenty of help all around. We had a finished barn as well as the house, and they handled it all without an issue. They cleaned up after the sale, and we never returned to the house. It passed the final walk through before the closing without a problem. We received our check in short order. They know what they’re doing and how to price items. I can’t tell you how highly we recommend them.

Lauren, Drew and the rest of the team were highly knowledgeable concerning a wide variety of items from collectibles, furs, china, shoes, clothing, handbags etc to unique collections, jewelry and art. Their attention to detail was amazing and they worked diligently to make sure everything was set up to draw the buyers into buying items. When they say they can sell anything and everything, it’s true. By the end of our sale, we only had a few items left. They have a strong network of followers who attend their sales. In fact, on the first day of our sale, buyers were lined up in our driveway at 7:30 and sale started at 9am. We were extremely pleased with their professionalism, especially in with the way they conducted the sale. The Magnusson Group was a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend them because they proved to us that they are the premier estate sale company. Look no farther, the Magnusson Group is the best!
