Everyone at the Jefferson office was warm and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and helpful. They even called me to let me know they were running a few minutes behind so that I could leave a little later for my appointment. The doctor and technicians were all so kind and knowledgeable as well. I’m terrified of needles and they walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable multiple times. They have great bedside manner! Would highly recommend!
The place was beautiful, clean and well kept. they were all very nice and very helpful and I love the fact that the entire staff had beautiful smiles on their faces from the beginning of my visit till we said see you next time. I would definitely recommend this place and do not mind driving 45 minutes to get there. That’s how impressed I was with this place and staff.
Excellent facility - Rich and Dawn were excellent. I had an MRI at this location and they were amazing as well as the front desk staff. What is usually a scary experience was transformed into a much better situation, they both explained everything about the test, they were nice, attentive, and very considerate. Dawn made sure that I was comfortable at all times, she made this process less scary, and she just understand how vulnerable you can feel and tries to make you feel better! while Rich was super super caring, he respects your privacy, and he has a very calm and friendly way to address you. I wanted to write this review to highlight not only the facility, that was clean and modern, but to make sure that customers and managers know the quality of staff that they have! Thank you Dawn and Rich and I wont hesitate to use the facility for any future services.
Rich and Dawn were wonderful! I was nervous about having an MRI but they put me at ease. They showed they cared about my comfort and Rich gave me updates during my procedure which was encouraging. Beautiful facility and with courteous and prompt front desk staff too! Highly recommend! Thank you!!!
This place was very professional. I was a bit nervous at first but Dawn took that all away. The tech inside made me feel so comfortable and his choice of music rocked 😊 I would highly recommend this place. The staff were all so kind and caring.
