I came to Kinnelon Physical Therapy with little mobility and tremendous back pain, and I credit Dan Myers and his wonderful team with making it so I am 100% healthy today. I blew my back out doing landscaping work, I could barely walk at times. The exercises Kinnelon Physical Therapy taught me had me cured in 1 month!

Now I know about "spinal tracking", what not to do, and better yet, what to do when having to do that type of physical activity.
