  Such a good experience. Took my partner there for his birthday today and he loved it. Josh and Michael were not only excellent guides and teachers, they were friendly, funny and cute to boot!!! It was a birthday we’ll never forget.

  I’ve been flying with Mike of garden state helicopters since he opened a few years ago. He’s a very experienced and knowledgeable pilot with a network of other pilots in the area who fly for him as well. He has one R22 and one R44. They’re great helicopters to learn in. The R44 is perfect for family photo flights of New York City. I really couldn’t be happier with my choice to fly with mike and learn to become a pilot. The airport itself is perfect for learning and has a really good restaurant with a backyard bar area near the runway. Great vibe.

  Oh my gosh! There are some amazing folks working out here at Garden State Helicopters. Our whole process was very smooth and efficient. I booked this for my parents who are both 70+. Mike (from reservation) was very curteous and helped me set up a time of my choice. We were there a bit early and since they had an empty spot, they helped us fly before our spot time. Mike (the owner) is accommodating and made sure that my parents were able to get the instructions and was very patient with them. The two pilots on the ride were very professional and spent time telling a lot about the places during the ride. I'm happy I made a decision to go with them considering I was earlier a bit reluctant to send my parents alone on this ride. You should definitely ride with them and do opt for a 45 minute ride. I did a 25 but I now relaize should have gone for 45. Will visit them again for sure any day. I unfortunately did not get the name of 2 pilots (my apologies!) But you guys are excellent. Mike, thank you for letting is hang out with you for a while and all the knowledge you shared about flight navigation.

  I loved the ride it was insanely smooth. The headset wasn’t the best, but other than that it was great.

  I love our helicopter ride! It was awesome and so where the two pilots! They were very nice and friendly and full of information! The views were fantastic and the pictures I got were amazing! Can't thank these guys enough for the wonderful experience!
