  Larry and his team at Pinnacle did a fantastic job! I am a proud owner of 2008 Audi TT Convertible and was in desperate need to get the transmission fixed.
  
  Larry and I were in constant communication about what needed to be done and how to do it. He fixed other items on my list and was able to do my state inspection.
  
  Larry was very fair, honest, and transparent with all costs and strategies for repair or replacement. I highly recommend Larry and Pinnacle Motor Works!

  I have a 2008 Land Rover LR3, which if you are familiar with then you know it is an extremely finicky car. My air suspension was stuck in the lowest position and giving off suspension fault warning lights. Went to three different mechanics, though they tried their best, all I got was partial fixes which never really took and never properly diagnosed. One of those mechanics referred me to Larry at Pinnacle, who took on the job. Though the job took almost a month, Larry did not stop until he properly diagnosed the problem...and fixed it. Plus his office manager, Rachel, was extremely patient throughout all my calls for updates during the month. If you love your car, and want the job done right, I recommend you call Larry first.

  First service at Pinnacle today and WOW, what an exceptional experience. Larry and Rachel are a superb team, both knowledge, courteous and are priced extremely well. I only wish I had left my Porsche dealer in the dust sooner. You will be very pleased with the quality of work and service here.

  Larry is a very nice and trustworthy man. I went here because of the reviews I read, and their service did not disappoint! I took my Mercedes ML350 here and they are very knowledgeable. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of and was able to trust what recommendations needed to be done.
  
  As a woman going to a car repair shop, being taken advantage of due to lack of knowledge is always a concern, but I never felt that here. I will definitely come back again! Thank you Pinnacle Motors!

  I just started taking my 2006 bmw e61 wagon here and I'll keep taking it to Pinnacle. The owner, Larry is an honest guy and not once has he given me the vibe that I shouldn't trust what he tells me. Pinnacle is a keeper. Very professional shop and knowledgeable.
