Doug and his staff are compassionate, caring, professional people who help with a very difficult situation and make it tolerable. Every detail is handled with love and care which helps the surviving family members make decisions with the best interest of the deceased which in this case was my mom. I am forever grateful to Doug and his staff.

It is not easy to enter a memorial home to discuss the death of anyone. In this case it was my mother, who had lived a long life, so I wanted to give her a beautiful send off. This was exactly what we received. Doug was compassionate and understanding from the start and was a solid presence during the entire process, making sure all plans went smoothly. How to explain the most heartfelt and personalized care I received from Madison Memorial Home? Impossible. Any and everything Doug and his staff could do for me they did. For my mother and father upon their passing but even before. While my Dad was still alive Doug was always there for him. The best people you can have help your family. Gog Bless you Doug.

It was the best resting place for my beautiful daughter, they were so compassionate and understanding. They did a beautiful job of dressing and making my daughter look so beautiful.
