Carter Smile has an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly team. My children actually enjoy their visits and the constancy in care has allowed them to build a friendly rapport with the staff. Seamlessly coordinating orthodontic and dental care in the same office makes life a lot easier. Making appointments is easy and timely and wait times are very low while not making patients feel rushed. Dr. Carter always takes the time to answer questions thoughtfully. We are very happy we found this dental practice!

Everyone at the office is friendly and caring and clearly loves to serve children. Best experience yet, and I've tried two other pediatric dentists. The receptionists are so kind and go out of their way to accommodate the schedules of patients and their families. The dental hygienists and Dr. Carter go above and beyond to make both children and parents comfortable and take time to explain everything they are doing and to give clear and simple advice to better at-home dental care. I am so happy we found our way to this office!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr, Carter. She’s the epitome of knowledge, professionalism and kindness. She takes the time to get my children comfortable and explain each step. The staff is incredibly professional and caring. Everyone in this office is fantastic. The office is pristine and my kids love the office fun decor and, of course, the prize at the end of each visit!

I have a son with a diagnosis of autism and this dentist office is not only spectacular looking but everyone TRULY loves my son. She makes sure EVERYONE feels welcomed!!! Dr Carter and her staff ALWAYS make me and my family feel LOVED, APPRECIATED, & PATIENT. My sons teeth always look great after seeing her. We are so grateful for Carter Smile. If Dr Carter ever decided to open a dentist for adults we would be the first in line! Thank you for caring about our son and keep his teeth healthy and clean.

We had a wonderful initial visit and my youngest was nervous, as expected, and she keeps saying how “fun” the dentist visit was and she “cannot wait to go back.” I love how welcoming the staff were and how Dr. Carter explained every step of the teeth cleaning. My daughter immediately flossed and brushed at home after her visit!? I am glad to encourage her excitement for this healthy habit. I wish Dr. Carter had been my pediatric dentist!
