Dr Robin Gehrmann MD

I have been to many orthopedic surgeons Dr Gehrmann by far the best he’s unbelievable he’s very thorough he’s very thoughtful he’s an excellent surgeon Top rated surgeon I trust him thoroughly 10/30/20 I just wanted to add I had a major medical issue that I thought wasn’t going to end well I know Dr Gehrmann for about 20 years he went for bat for me and helped me out he went over and above and me and my family Can’t thank him enough not just a awesome surgeon a awesome friend.

Dr. Gehrmann is the absolute best! He recently opened up his own practice in Madison, and even though he is out of network with my insurance and he is an hour drive away, trust me, he is worth visiting, It is such a pleasure to visit an office that is not part of all this “corporate medicine”. I was treated royally from start to finish. My old records from his former group were never transferred, but everything worked out. From my first phone call with Alex, who is the tech, I knew I was making the right decision to follow him. Alex gathered all insurance information, squeezed me in for an emergency visit due to excruciating pain in my knee, and gave me directions. Priscilla, at the front desk, is also sweet as sugar and competent. How often does the doctor have wonderful staff as well? Not in my experiences. As far as Dr. Gehrmann goes, he is bright, caring, gentle, and easy to talk with. I am a very nervous patient and he dealt with my anxiety beautifully. He ended up draining fluid off my knee, and even though he said it may hurt, it really was not uncomfortable. I was already in my car and realized that I forgot to ask him something so I went back upstairs to his beautiful 2nd floor office right on Main Street in Madison. He came right out and saw me again to address the other issues. Dr. Gehrmann tells you what to expect and he is not an alarmist. If anyone needs to see an orthopedic/sports medicine doctor, this would be my first choice. He is A+ and from me, that is a great score!!

Dr. Gehrmann diagnosed my injury effectively and took the time to answer all of my questions in a very thorough and professional manner. I would definitely recommend his office.
