Can't say enough favorable things about Maplecrest Ford Mendham, NJ Services Team. Every was done as asked, and required, and was ready for pick-up as promised as well. A great and well knowledged Service Team Managers at the counter detailing the work done, over all status & health of my truck. Very friendly and engaging to work with. The only place I will ever take my truck for service/repairs is Maplecrest Ford.
Maplecrest Ford has been my go-to for years. I purchased my Explorer there and it’s always convenient to have my car serviced in Mendham. The service department guys are knowledgeable and professional and dependable. I appreciate their great service!
Mixed experience this time. Took the car in for a service and some work and never heard from them, didn’t answer the phone. Seems they weren’t able to look at my car despite having an appointment and didn’t even let me now. I had to go in and find out what was happening.
Took it back the following day and they did all the work and communicated better.
Frustrating but they have usually been very good, hopefully this is an exception.
The service experience at Maplecrest Ford was far superior to any I've had. There are probably 10 Ford's closer to me, but I will be returning to Maplecrest for maintenance on my '22 Raptor. The staff, especially Niko, was super thorough, friendly, helpful, and accommodative. Prices were very reasonable. Turnaround time was quick. The mechanic did not dirty the interior at all. If you are also picky about who works on your truck, Maplecrest is worth the drive (make an appt 1m in advance).
My new Explorer broke down and I needed to get it repaired asap. Called the dealership and spoke with Pasquale. Explained my situation and he was outstanding / managed to get the car over to him and he took it from there. Everyone that I’ve met at Maplecrest, from sales to finance to service has been terrific. I was concerned that without an appointment that it would be awhile before they could look at the car but Pasquale was the epitome of customer service - this is what I expect from a local business. Terrific service, kept me updated, totally professional and no screwing around like I’ve heard about other dealerships. Nicely done Maplecrest!
