Board of Adjustment

Currently on tour and had an off day in Albany. I had a friend coming in for the day and decided to get my own room. (We typically do a room for our bus driver and a “day room” for showers which we had booked ahead of time at this particular property.) The night before, I called to check availability/rates to which they had rooms but it was a little more than I wanted to spend. Waited till the next day and decided I’d splurge.

In a matter of 10-15 min they went from having rooms to being basically at capacity. There was a mobility room available for more but I didn’t want to take that room in the case a guest truly needed those amenities. Casey and Felicia graciously upgraded me to a bigger room for the same cost and really went above and beyond to assist me with a room. THANK YOU! Also thank you to Sonia for the folio assist this morning. I appreciate the customer service and kindness.

I see some of the lesser reviews and while I can say we have experienced similar things along the way at various hotels, our/my particular stay was great. Hotel was clean and friendly. All rooms were clean. Mine in particular was great. No complaints. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Would stay here again in the future. Conveniently located to the highway and shopping/food.

Hotel is very nice comfortable, breakfast is good, very clean people are constantly cleaning. Day time front desk lady is super nice extremely accommodating and sweet and professional!
The kitchen lady with grey hair is amazingly sweet, they actually use real eggs for breakfast unlike many hotels. I will stay at this hotel only when coming on these yearly convention. Ps there’s a house keeping guy I think his names Carlos super sweet!!
