  Updates to the review. I had a decent experience overall. The four stars are for the overall moving efforts. I am detailing my experience so you all can judge for yourself if this is for you. Here are the pros and cons.
  
  Pros:
  1. Sergey and his team are quick, efficient and careful. They are prepared with everything they need.
  2. They are careful while packing your stuff and make sure things are not damaged while moving.
  3. Sergey gave me a fair warning about buying my own supplies for packing to avoid hefty charges.
  4. He showed up an hour in advance of the scheduled time. Some might think of it as a con and I would agree, but it worked out well for me that day.
  
  Cons:
  1. They generally disregard the notices of the building management staff and try and work their way through it. My building had a strict requirement of not starting to move before 9:00 AM. I got some flak from the building management for the movers trying to start early. They were giving a warning after which they stopped.
  2. Packing supply charges are exorbitant. Make sure you have atleast 3 times the packing material you think you will need. So you are not shocked later. (I had to pay $40 for two rolls of tape and a medium size moving box)
  3. I was coerced to write a review on the spot after the move. And not being the confrontational type, I ended up writing a sentence or two. This is why I am updating my review.
