They did a great job with repairing my bumper and quarter panel that was hit in a hit an run parking incident. In addition, they scuffed out all the scratches on the side of my car that accumulated over the years! It looked brand new when I got it back!

They are great. Got there 8:00 , signed papers then got my rental and off to work I went. Not even an hour , took about 20 minutes. TodayDropped off rental got keys and off I went 5 minutes. They did a beautifully job on my door, as if no damage ever existed. I would definitely recommend them. Excellent and above job. Thank you.

My dad painted cars in a body shop in Minnesota for 35 years. He showed me how to spot quality workmanship and quality service. The people at Proline are exceptionally professional and the quality of the body repair on my car was outstanding. The paint job is superbly smooth (no orange peal look), the color matches perfectly (I have a non-standard color), the panels are aligned perfectly, they completely detailed the inside of my car, and the repairs to the hatch, side panels, and wheel-wells are flawless. It has been 4 months since the repairs were completed, and I am just as happy today as I was the day I got my car back.
After my car was rear-ended, I took it to Proline as recommended by my insurance company. The staff at Proline worked with my insurance company, got me in a great rental the moment after I dropped off my car (a guy from Enterprise was waiting for me), they texted me updates about the progress of my car, and did a fantastic job quickly fixing all of the damage. A few days after my repairs were completed, my key fob wasn't unlocking my doors properly. I wasn't even sure if it was related to the accident or repairs (it probably wasn't). The mechanics took a look at my car despite me not knowing what caused the issue, and got me back on the road in about 20 minutes. They checked all of the connections and couldn't find anything wrong, but they said that they tightened everything just in case. Whatever they did worked because I haven't had the problem since, and they didn't even charge me.
I would highly recommend Proline to anybody who wants quality work.

The best experience of using Proline (which was being sent from Geico due to an accident) for repairs, was that I had to deal with Iliana. She was attentive, informative, pleasant, overall AMAZING.

She went above and beyond to make sure everything was good.

Only complaints is NOT proline but enterprise for repair vehicle, be careful with them, last minute switches. But overall i am happy with Proline and experience I have received.

Like I’m just completely blown away!!! Incredible service! I can’t say enough about how great the customer service and execution were. I dealt with Anthony. He was super knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I took my BMW here for the caps on my head light washers. I had no idea what was involved and he thoroughly and accurately assessed the repair. This stood out because I thought it was just a cap as did another place I took to to have it looked at. There was more to it than the cap. I would have had a bigger problem on my hands. When I picked up my car, it was clear they had cleaned it up. Never have I ever taken my car somewhere and picked it up looking better than when I brought it. What a great touch. Thanks guys!! Definitely recommend this place.
