Visited for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised! I saw Dr Bilkis for a cyst on my face. There were about 20+ people in the waiting room when I arrived, but I was seen in about 20-30 minutes. Once I was called, Dr Bilkis was very friendly and attentive. He didn't keep me waiting in the exam room. For someone who was feeling very insecure about a cyst on their face, he did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable. I ended up getting a cortisone shot and he goes "don't worry, this won't hurt me a bit!" I would definitely be back to see Dr Bilkis!

I found a strange looking spot on my hand that I wanted to have checked out. Nervous, I called this morning and asked for the soonest appointment, thinking it would be in a couple days or next week. They fit me in today. It was a 5:40 appointment and I was seen by 6:00pm. The doctor not only checked the suspicious spot on my hand, but every birth mark and beauty mark on my body. A portion of the suspicious spot was shaved off right then and there and sent for testing, and the results should be in in 2 weeks. The doctor was professional, calming, and thorough. I am satisfied with this practice and my experience here.
