  The best instructors, the best workouts, and the best community! I love the stroller strides class that allows me to bring my daughter with me to exercise, because I definitely would never exercise otherwise. So thankful for this group of women and the opportunity to keep my body healthy.

  Great workout with a great sense of community and support. My son and I both love Stroller Strides! He always looks forward to seeing his friends and I get my workout in with him right there with me!

  Love everything about Fit4Mom! All the classes are wonderful and so are the play groups! I especially enjoyed Body Back and I saw wonderful results!

  I love this class! I discovered this gem about 6 months after I had my first child and have been reaping the benefits since. It is such a great way to get fit, feel good, and to meet other remarkable moms. The workouts are challenging and the instructors push you to get to your next level of fitness. I can not say enough about this program- it is simply the best!

  I cannot say enough good things about this group! The workouts, the coaches, the group of women that I have met - all amazing! And the fact that they make it so easy to work out with my daughter in tow is so great! Highly recommend!

Stroller Strides is not your typical walk in the park. We are a 60 minute total body workout for mom. We are a power walking class (with an option to run). We stop every few minutes for body toning/strength exercises using resistance bands, the stroller, weights and the environment.

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out!
