  I do a lot of traveling around the world and to find a solon that listens to the way you want your hair cut is hard to find. The stylist (Zoey) listened to how I wanted it cut and which clipper size to use and did exactly that. Very nice cut and professionally done. She also ask questions as she was cutting. The beautiful lady (Michelle) that greeted me as I walked in and took my name was very professional and polite. Very nice atmosphere, very clean business will return.

  I could walk in knowing exactly what I want or having no idea, and every single time without fail I leave thinking “this is EXACTLY what I wanted”. The girls are so talented, I’m constantly impressed by Maggie & Dani.

  I had an emergency appointment yesterday with Kourtney and words cannot explain my gratitude towards this woman. I had went to Lighten Up on Friday and to say the least, I had a total botch job and terrible color service by the time I had left. I had been growing out a pixie for a year and a half and just wanted a little something, so I chose a bob. Now, I’ve had a bob before so I knew it would have been shorter in the back..the girl from Lighten Up SHAVED the back of my head..and butchered it as well. I had wanted black and green hair as well just because this was going to be my last hoorah for color. What I showed her vs what I got was a joke. She basically gave my black roots and chunks of green.. which washed out 4 hours later...
  LU initially wasn’t going to give me my money back, but after their MANAGER sAw what his LEVEL 5 did, he said even he couldn’t fix it. That’s when my sister got me an appointment with Kourtney.
  
  Kourtney took one look at the disaster that was my hair and spent over 6 hours lifting the color and working a miracle on what was left of my hair.
  I had left the house wearing my baseball cap yesterday. Today, I feel confident, and I love what she was able to do with what she was handed.
  I am very grateful for Kourtney, and I will be going to her from here on out.
