  I have been going to Mountain Lakes Motors for over 20 years now. The ownership transferred from Rick to Tim (Rick's former employee) and the service continues to be world class. Honest, integral, and they do excellent work. I bring all my cars there and they have been able to work on all of them without a hitch.

  We have brought our car to MLM several times for maintenance and repairs over the years. We couldn't have asked for better work and service. They're very pleasant, helpful, and honest. There aren't a lot of places where you feel like they genuinely care these days, but Mountain Lakes is definitely one of them. They've made lifetime customers of our family.

  These guys are unbelievably good and very trustworthy. This is the first time I’ve felt morally obligation to write a review to let others know how an auto mechanic in this day and age could make you stunned with manner, honesty, skill and commitment all at the same time. Honestly speaking, they’ve made me speechless.
  
  I needed to do an oil change for my Lexus RX-350. I went to a dealer to do so because of the weekend convenience. That dealer gave me a laundry list of stuff I have to fix that would cost me thousands. I was suspicious about their suggestion since I bought the car recently. I was looking for somebody whom I can trust.
  
  Bingo, I have found this place right near me. They checked all items on the list I got from the dealer and could not find a reason why those’re on the list. They fixed my newly appeared on again and off again AWD sign issue like a magic costing me only hundreds. They suggested future actions if that sign ever shows up. They were very calm with smiling faces. Can you believe this! If I would not be speechless after that, I know I had to go to see a doctor :).

  I worked with Tim. He is professional, thorough and a smart troubleshooter. This was the 4th mechanic I brought my car to because no one could put their finger on what was wrong. The problem was fixed. I will continue using them. They really know what their doing, and if they couldn't find the problem, they would tell you instead of doing unnecessary repairs to line their pockets. Give them a try.
