I took my son and niece for their first covid vaccine here. Service was great from the moment we walked in. Everyone was very professional. Making the appt was very easy online. Before the appointment we received emails, texts and calls to remind us of the cpming appt. Thank you for being so sweet and attentive.

My husband and I had our Covid Booster shots on Wednesday. Service was very professional and right on time. We were in and out in 1/2 hour (and that included waiting time after the shot). It’s a pleasure doing business with Jay and his staff.

OK, LONGGGG detailed review coming up. Perfect small town pharmacy. Everyone working here is very kind and diligent. Not like the big chain pharmacies where they just get you done as quick as possible and want you out. They are there to help you when you have an issue/question on your medication or a vaccination. I transferred a script from CVS to Lakeland Pharmacy because NO CVS within a 40 mile radius could fill my script for another several days. No Walmart Pharmacy either. All the big chain pharmacies claimed it was on back order for days. This is medicine I need to take daily that gives horrible side effects if stopped abruptly for days and the pharmacists at CVS confirmed that fact and confirmed I would possibly end up hospitalized if I did not take that medicine for days. Lakeland Pharmacy was the local pharmacy to my job, so I figured I would see how many days it would take them since CVS and Walmart were around 4 days "possibly." Lakeland Pharmacy had my script ready for me by the end of the day at work and I was able to drive down the road to grab it same day (as soon as my doctor transferred it/called it in for me). They really really saved me from miserable side effects. It was an easy process with them too even as a new customer. Took only a minute to pick up the script with my credentials. ANYWAY, I decided to schedule a vaccination here after that good experience for not only myself, but my boss as well since he was also due for his shot. They had an online form and scheduling for it. It was quick and easy. I got email reminders before and the day of the shot. My bosses appointment was 60 min before mine. He called me when he went in, called me a few min later while he waited and was done nice and quick. An hour later after work, I went in, gave my ID and insurance card, waited for maybe 3-5 minutes. The pharmacist guy came out with the shot and made sure I was comfortable and OK and ready. I was nervous and he could definitely tell. He gave me the shot nice and quick and gentle. He asked how I felt and had me sit there for 10 minutes. (He originally wanted me to sit for 15 minutes, but I was in a huge rush and had something planned & I did show up a few minutes late to get the shot, so my fault). He assessed me and due to my younger age, good health overall, and how I handle vaccinations normally, he deemed it appropriate to only have to wait 10 minutes. (I waited 13 minutes to be safe and went on my way.) ALSO, a little side note: while waiting, another (muchhh older) woman was arguing with the other pharmacist and really giving her such a hard time. The lady at the counter handled it sooo well and was extremely patient and helpful to that woman to where she ended up leaving pretty happy after yelling, blaming them for what her doctor is making her take, telling her entire life story of allllll her doctors from every decade, etc. I was impressed honestly because had that been me behind the counter, I would NOT have put up with how the woman acted. SO, overall, everyone was super nice and helpful to every person that walked in, including myself. Considering having all my prescriptions transferred from CVS to Lakeland even though I live a good half an hour away (I DO work a few minutes away so that's good). But, basically, VERY good experience and had no issue, had no attitude given to me, wasn't rushed out, had my medicine quick, gave my scheduled shot quick and easy, and handled other situations with grace. Definitely would go back and would refer anyone to go here as well! Thank you everyone at Lakeland!
