Rite Aid in Lake Hiawatha has an extra friendly staff. Both pharmacists, Mike and Darshan, are always accessible and EXTRA helpful. Natanya, at the pharmacy counter, is super attentive and friendly. Although she is a new staff member who I’ve only seen a few times, she has already memorized our family name (Donnelly) and the exact location of our prescriptions on the holding rack, making pick-up extra fast and extra satisfying because of her delightful personal touch! I’ve also noticed she always has a smile and kind word for each customer!

The past three times I’ve been to Rite Aid have been extremely pleasant experience, thanks to Lori! She is always smiling and goes above and beyond to make sure all customers are happy and being helped. I will continue coming to this store thanks to her! Employees like her drive business and deserve the recognition!

I always save Money Shopping at our Rite Aid. This Rite Aid is always stocked, neat, and Clean Well Organized. I look forward to easy and helpful shopping experience. All Employees are well trained go above and beyond. The Fast Check out is Great I am always saving money.
