  People have complained about this place for many years, but my experiences are that everyone is friendly and things go quickly.

  Had a delivery scheduled for today on a package that I NEED for work delivered today. I panicked when I received tracking information and noticed that the sender had put an incorrect town on the shipping address (correct zip code) but the package was already out for delivery. (Issue was with the sender, not UPS). I was told by the UPS call center that I would need to speak with the local shipping center in order to find out if the package was on the correct truck. I went in person and the counter clerk, Tom, could not have been more helpful! He went above and beyond not only locating the package in the driver's manifest to ensure it was on the correct truck going to the correct address (by zip code, not by town listed on package)- he even called the driver to ensure the package was en route to my home. Kudos to Tom- he was so pleasant and helpful!!

  I literally just work here. They updated the vending machines, so one more machine has Dr Pepper. Ice machines need to actually work.
