  BEST-IN-CLASS orthodontic service and facility—and wonderfully kid-friendly too! I brought my 16 year old here for braces, and I just signed my son for his treatment. Next year, my youngest child is sure to be up next! Dr. Caggiano and his team made the whole process easy and tailored to what worked for my family—budget and schedule wise.
  
  Their admin/service staff demonstrate empathy and are easy to converse with. Scheduling is a breeze.
  
  Assessment takes less than 30 minutes - NO BLUE MESSY MOLD wow! They use world-class 3D scanning technology which lessens time, and eliminates discomfort especially for younger patients.
  
  After assessment, a treatment specialist will discuss with you the treatment plan and payment scheme. What I like about this is they explain things really well and gives payment options that work best for your budget.
  
  I especially like that their pricing is 100% transparent, no hidden fees, no extra charges. You then are given the time to think through which options you'll get and will be advised to call the office for confirmation. Krista made this so easy because she added another payment option that works for me!
  
  From there, appointments will be booked and then documents will get e-signed. No need for you to swing by the clinic!
  
  Clinic is spacious and utterly clean, with free refreshments, a brushing station, and a waiting area with plenty of seats for you to make yourselves comfortable.
  
  Of course the people wraps up the whole pleasant experience with their friendly service and they really listen to you.
  
  I am so happy that we made the right choice consulting and then getting treatments from this clinic! Best of all, my kids are happy too! Thank you Dr. Caggiano and team! You are all rockstars!

  Today was my consultation, I can honestly say that it was one of the best appointments I ever had. The staff is amazing, the office itself was modern, clean equipment up to date. The staff was very very thorough I definitely recommend anyone looking for a orthodontist to make this office your choice for treatment. Very satisfied new patient, I look forward for my treatment at this office!

  All my life I wanted to have my teeth straightened and couldn’t because my parents couldn’t afford it when I was a teen. At 58, I had researched and found Dr Caggiano. Did a consult and he answered all my questions including financing. I was impressed with the new technology used in the office. It was a long journey but now am so extremely happy with the results. I am 60 now and had celebrated with a beautiful smile for my birthday. All I can say the staff are great and the place wonderful! You guys know how much I loved getting my coffee on the way out especially working the night shift! Thank you for the great job you have done for me! I love you guys! God bless!
