  So let me share my experience. It is varied due to the multiple points listed below.
  
  First: STORE LAYOUT
  This is a smaller store. It does not have a huge selection in terms of items just sitting out for you to touch or look at, unlike some other advance auto parts or auto zone stores. It is nice because less options helps me make a desicion but then again all the shelves are so close it is hard to tell where one section starts and another ends. And becuase the isle signs were not super clear my first visit. Due to the small floor space to product ratio the five star took a hit. No biggie because what they did have on the shelves were products I had not seen at other stores.

  Second: STOCKING
  In terms of items coming in stock their turn around on parts not request specifically is probably around 2 or 3 weeks. Basically I went looking for a 36mm socket for my axle nut. Walked in and over to the spot, but they had none on the shelf along with the two spots for items next to it. Came back a week later to get other parts, still none. One more week later or so and they finally had one but the other two items next to mine were still out haha. I did call first too on my third trip to see if they had one to not waste a trip. Now they may have had it in the back or mabye didnt know it was out, because not many people need that socket. So mabye I will ask next time on my first trip for specific parts.

  Third: RENTING
  As for tool renting they were great. Massive high price to rent, but to be expected for renting tools due to customers not returning tools. One slide hammer was 178.00 to rent. I rented it and brought it back same day so it didn't hurt my wallet in any way even though I could have kept it for up to 45 days. The manager one day and a associate another day were great because they let me come in their back area each time and look at all the tools they had. Let me check and see which tool I needed myself, open them up too. Gave me the time to inspect and get the right tool. 5 star*
  
  Forth: PARTS
  Now for an important part. Getting the right PART. I first came in for tie rod ends. Asked the cashier (a young man with glasses a little bigger kinda guy mabye around 19 or 20 and 6 foot 1 or so) for the tie rod ends for my car. He looked the part up and got them pretty fast. I was told the moog were good so i went with them first. He came back and i opened the boxes to inspect *(Which one should always do with parts) the moog were the same stock number on the outsude lable but different box sizes and different looking moog parts. He asked another worker in the back and that guy said they were the same regardless due to the stock number. I felt wierd about it so i opted for drive works tie rod ends which saved me money first, looked the same when opening their box and work great regardless. Also matched my cars original outer tie rods better. Cashier was nice, didnt rush me and was concerned even though there were others waiting. Seemed young and a little flustered but a good guy.

  Fifth:
  Price. O the expensive price for parts at a store verses online. Now I mean when you are at a store you can look at the part, make sure its not used and return it easier most of the time depending on your situation. But i mean come on, like over 100 dollars per wheel barring hub assembly moog quality while i can get the same part online 2 for 100 dollars with shipping. So pros and cons in terms of internet verses store. But better then autozone lol.

  Sixth: Customer service.
  The first person i ever met when i came in was actually the manager Chris. He is awesome. I didnt know who he was and because he was wearing a football jersey it confused me for a second (might have been casual friday). He was super knowledgeable in terms of his store and where his products were. Helped me alot and made me come back even though I live in East Orange. Some of his other workers are average but he seems to be a great leader so hopefully he influences them regularly.
  
  Wish I could give a 4 25 out of 5. ????

  It's a basic auto parts store with stuff you may need for your vehicle. I went there because I had a dead battery earlier in the day and they came outside and quickly checked my battery to make sure that my battery was still good. They were honest and told me I did not need to buy inexpensive new battery and gave me suggestions on what I should do if it happens again. They did not rush me and happily answered all my questions and gave me recommendations and help me out.
