  Simply one of the best plumbing supply houses in the area. Fair prices, knowledgeable and helpful sales personnel who give you their full attention when able. Bear in mind there is only one sales person so the weekends can get busy and you have to be patient. Same can be said about the showroom. Typically stock items needed and pricing is the best among supply houses. I have purchased boiler parts, priced a boiler, purchased a water softener, filter and filter parts. If the Parsippany location doesn't an item, you can pick it up at another location. Well worth the time and effort to talk to people that listen and are concerned that you get the correct product for what your specifications are. That's why I would go there. I've known the salesman there for years in the showroom and he'll be direct and honest in his answers.

  Helpful with supplies, nice display of available product lines. Stopped in because I needed to replace a flapper in a toilet, and when I wasn't finding one that was identical one of the people ftom the counter was able to look up the toilet I had and confirmed the right Kohler part number I needed. Turned out the price was half of what I paid at Home Depot for a generic brand that didn't look like it was an exact fit.
  While there looked at their bathroom displays which is inspiring me to consider doing some updates. Will go back to take a closer look at what's available wgen i have more tine since I wanted to get home to finish the toilet repair.

  Jeff who works in the showroom was very helpful, knowledgeable, and spent time with me as i was looking into redoing my bathroom. I recommend this showroom to all. ESPECIALLY being the only one in the showroom, he gets the job done and gives you one on one attention for as long as you need!
