Once it landed in Chennai and till it came to ICD in Bangalore, it was a mess! The local Bangalore staff however were good again. They protected everything each day and they cleaned up after each day. He was meticulous in all of his work. We engaged him not for his price but rather for his ability to do any home repairs. There were several noted to be needed at the beginning of the job, and several that developed during the job. At all times he provided solutions to all of the repairs needed, and at reasonable additional cost.
