  Tomorrow will be my 3rd time in one week going to this store. It's such a hassle to get the cameras to connect to your home wifi all they do is load forever and nothing I tried with 2 different cameras over $400. Whats the purpose of getting a camera if you can't check it while your away from home? I hope tomorrow I can get something that will actually work.
  
  Update. I returned to the store and the Lady, sorry I don't remember her name, was very helpful. She showed me how to connect the camera the correct way. She also showed me features the camera had and went through the process as to how to use the features. I was pleased with my service and very happy the camera is working correctly now :)

  Before we buy anything we do a research about how reliable it is. But what makes us to continue as a client is the assistance that we get after, and this decision is only if we have a good custumer care.

  If I could give a 10 star review I definitely would! The Pompton Plains Spy Store and technical support team deserves it!
  
  The store in Pompton Plains Is clean, welcoming, and stocked with all the equipment you could possibly imagine. Purchasing an item in person, or many items in my case, from a physical store is infinitely superior to buying them online, but being guided by a knowledgeable, caring technical support team—in my case Brent—that takes their time with their customers was monumentally helpful to me. To purchase the right equipment for one’s particular situation is critical; I was about to purchase the wrong items for my situation but Brent guided me to the correct equipment that I needed and thank goodness that he did! I am in the process of an investigation but have already obtained some valuable information from the incredibly discrete, top-of-the-line equipment.
  
  I am not very savvy when it comes to technology, so having the ongoing support from Brent with every little problem I encountered due to my lack of knowledge meant the world to me. It gave me the confidence that I needed to move forward and know that I was doing things the right way.
  
  The equipment in the store is of superior quality. I am so incredibly amazed at what this equipment can do and I am more than pleased with my purchases. The pricing is extremely fair. There are many sites online that sell absolute cheap garbage—with zero tech support as well, and what is the point of saving a few bucks when you will not obtain the information you were looking for because you cannot rely on your equipment? Nor will you have any back up technical support! Bottom line is you get what you pay for. The superior support and high-quality equipment is a win-win for you! It has been for me.
  
  I cannot imagine the Pompton Plains spy store getting anything less than five stars from every single customer. I searched for two weeks around the clock for the right equipment from a place I could trust, and when I found this store and support team, I breathed a long sigh of relief.
  
  This is the place to go. In my opinion it’s the only place to go.
