  I went to this dealer because I originally tried other dealers and they just kept giving me the runaround as soon as I got here I was greeted by Richard very professional very nice and Jerry was the person I originally spoke to on the phone very nice he came to greet me and to let me know that Richard was going to be the one handling my car and I was then refer to Frank because he was going to be the one giving me a loaner car every person I dealt with there was very nice very professional I love it next time I have a problem this would be my one and only choice to go. the car was returned clean it didn't even look like there was a mechanic in my car they gave me a brand new loaner car my problem and my car was solved in the timely manner they deserve 10 stars but there's no option for 10 Stars

  Was probably the most relaxed car purchase. They knew what we were looking for and didn't waste our time. Jackie was most helpful. Would definitely deal with them in the future.

  I cannot say enough positive things about Wayne Subaru. Joan V is one of the most respectful, genuine, down to earth salesmen that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They don't play games with you here. They're very honest and truthful and take pride in their jobs. I had made a call to Joan about wanting the WRX and she was able to make it happen for me that day (I needed another vehicle as my fiance's car died so I had given her mine). When meeting with the finance manager I believe to finalize everything I ended up purchasing the wheel and tire protection for a very fair price which I couldn't be more grateful for. If you're looking for excellent service and to not be taken advantage of I would highly recommend Joan V and the rest of the Wayne Subaru family. Know that you're in good hands and will be treated with respect and will get a fair deal. I'm looking forward to continuing future business with them and will be referring all my friends and family there. Thanks again for the wonderful service Wayne Subaru and thank you again Joan for going above and beyond, you're a rarity in this field and I'm grateful for your help!

  Our experience with Wayne Subaru was top notch. Starting with our sales associate Jackie. No pressure and extremely knowledgeable.
  Dealership manager John insured our transaction before during and after purchase went smoothly. ( and it did)
  Finance department: Michael, explained everything clearly and he was patient with our many questions.
  
  Upon pick up for our 2019 Forester, Kyle a young savvy tec support person, was a huge help with all the bells and whistles.
  
  Highly recommend Wayne Subaru for a no pressure and personable dealership.

  As always, Tony M. provided excellent customer service ! My only issue this visit was that a few days later I received an e-mail from Subaru that said there is an "URGENT MATTER" that needs your immediate attention (paraphrasing). I e-mailed the person included in the body of that message and have not received a response, so that bothers me. Especially since, according to that e-mail, it was so URGENT :(
